CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reasons within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods (or the last goods if the order relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) and within 30 days of receiving the order in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect item.

We have a 14-day No Reason Return Policy and 30-day Return Policy in case of defective , damaged or incorrect item , which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return with no reason and 30 days in case you received a defective , damaged or incorrect item.

- The return must be received within 14 days of accepting the return request
- The item must be sent in the same condition in which it was received, sealed
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee

- The item received must be in one of the conditions: defective, damaged or incorrect

- The item must be sent in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging, with tags, not replaced, unused, complete with all accessories

To start a return visit our online return center , or you can contact us at returns@magcubicvision.com. Photo or video evidence will be required. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Effects of cancellation:
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional charges incurred for delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery on offer). This refund will be made without delay and, except in the situations described below, by no later than fourteen days from the date on which the store received your order cancellation notice. The same payment method will be used for this refund as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. There is no charge for refunds. Refunds may be withheld until the store has received the goods back.
You must send back the goods without delay and in any case by no later than fourteen days from the date on which you sent the store your order cancellation notice, via the Online Returns Centre. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You must pay the regular cost of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be sent back does not exceed 40 euros, or if, where the price of the goods is higher, you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed instalment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise the return of the goods is free of charge. Goods that cannot be sent by parcel will be collected from you. You will only have to pay compensation for any deterioration of the goods if their value diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation
The right to cancellation does not exist or lapses, as the case may be, in the case of orders regarding:
- the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if unsealed by you after delivery;
- the delivery of goods made to customer specification or clearly customized to personal requirements;
- the delivery of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- a service if we have performed it in full and you acknowledged and expressly accepted before placing your order that we could start to deliver the service, and you could not cancel it once the contract had been performed in full;
- the supply of digital content (including apps, digital software, eBooks, MP3, etc.) which is not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD), if before your order was executed you expressly accepted and at the same time confirmed that we could start to deliver the content, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
- the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time the purchase contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market which we cannot control.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
It takes up to three (3) business days from receipt for returns to be processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What items are non-refundable?

Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will usually be processed in 5-7 days and later with exceptions but not more than fourteen days after approval.
