All products bought from magcubicvision.com enjoy free shipping.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimate
We ship from several warehouses located in the UK , EU, and China. Normally, your order will be directly dispatched from the warehouse near by your location. Occasionally, if the warehouse near by you run out of inventory, we will ship your parcel directly from China to fulfill your order.

For our products stored in Amazon warehouses, we will use their logistics company to ship the orders. Given that Amazon uses its own internal shipment tracking system, the orders we ship with Amazon Logistics will not be able to be tracked through our shipment tracking page.

We use famous postal and courier companies such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, Amazon Logistics, Hermes etc. for fast and safe deliveries.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! Other times if it is shipped from abroad, tracking will be available as soon as your package arrives in the destination country and will be handed over to the local courier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Taxes are included in the final price. There is no need to pay additional customs fees after placing an order.

If you enter the wrong address, please contact us in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. Our online store orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.
We assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
- Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.
- Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
- Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.
- Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
- The consignee address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access

1. Where are the products shipped from?
We ship from several warehouses in the UK and EU countries . If there is insufficient stock , this may result in a delay in delivery. We will also arrange fast shipping from China depending on special circumstances.
2. What's the status of my order and delivery?
You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
3. Why my order always does not have detailed tracking information?
After you finished the payment, we need 1-3 days to handle the order, then send it to the Express company. Express company needs check and records, then arrange delivery. And due to the current control measures applied globally aimed at avoiding the diffusion of the COVID-19 virus, shipments and track info may be delayed. Please understand.
4. Can I change the address on my order?
Customers can contact support@magcubicprojectors.co.uk to change the delivery address before we ship out the order.
5. Why is my order only partially shipped?
If there is insufficient stock in the UK or EU warehouses delivery may be delayed. When products are in stock, orders are arranged to be dispatched immediately. If stock is in a state of emergency, dispatch will be arranged from China. We do hope that the parcel will reach you quickly and we hope you will understand, thank you!
